Insurance
We are currently a private pay, out-of-network provider. While I don’t accept insurance directly, your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits, which means they will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost.
I have partnered with Reimbursify to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. With Reimbursify, all the paperwork and insurance submission is handled by them. This typically allows clients to meet deductibles or out-of-pocket maximums sooner or be directly reimbursed for on average 70% of the cost.
Every insurance is different and changes policies, so I cannot guarantee how your insurance will handle out-of-network benefits, but I will do everything I can to make the process as simple as possible.
Pricing
We establish our prices based on the non-profit FAIR Health pricing benchmarks. Our evaluation usually consists of up to four codes:
- 99245 – Office consultation for a new or established patient
- 96112 – Developmental test administration by physician or other qualified health care professional
- 96113 – Developmental test administration, each additional 30 minutes
